What are e3 Fuel Savers?
A: Devices that were designed to increase your vehicle’s fuel economy through a Three Stage Vapor Process.
What does the Three Stage Vapor process do?
A: It converts raw liquid gasoline into a vapor with the use of the vehicles own emissions system.
How does it convert the liquid gasoline into a vapor?
A: The e3 Fuel Savers convert the raw liquid fuel to an atomized state through our patent pending injector. The atomized fuel then travels through the e3’s patent pending spiral body and is converted into vapor.
Why Vapor over raw liquid gasoline?
A: Liquid gasoline does not burn; it is gasoline vapor in contact with air oxygen which burns or could explode. The concentration of gasoline vapor in air must be between the lower explosive limit and upper explosive limit for gasoline. The PEAC tool lists the lower explosive limit as 1.4% and the upper explosive limit as 7.6%. These numbers might vary somewhat depending how the gasoline was formulated (another reference source lists 7% as the upper explosive limit). At 68oF, (20oC) the vapor pressure for gasoline is 0.39 atm, which translates to 39% vapor concentration by volume. The Reid Vapor Pressure of gasoline [recall that this is the vapor pressure at 100oF] is about 9.5 psi, or 0.647 atm, which converts to 64.7% vapor concentration by volume. These are above the upper explosive limit, and therefore, the gasoline does not ignite. Vapor gasoline contains more potential energy then liquid gasoline.

My vehicle is a Flex Fuel E85 vehicle, will it work on it?
A: Yes, we have special EPDM O-rings available for safe use with E85 ethanol fuel.

If I sell my vehicle, can I remove it and have it installed on my new vehicle?
A: The e3 Fuel Saver products are removable and can be moved easily from one vehicle to another. We recommend that the transfer be done by one of our Certified Installers. Warranty is honored with Certified Installation only.
Do I have to have my e3 Fuel Saver device installed by a Certified Installer?
A: The fuel saver warranty will only be honored when installed by a Certified Installer.
I do mostly stop and go driving. Will the e3 fuel savers help my mileage?
A: Yes, that is the best situation for our fuel saver because high vacuum at idle and stopping maximizes the vapor process.
Do I need to drive differently after the e3 fuel saving device is installed?
A: No, drive the same as you normally do and enjoy the fuel savings.
I tow a trailer for work every day. Do the e3 fuel savers provide better fuel economy for this situation?
A: Yes, you will see an increase when the vehicle is not under load and during steady driving and idle.
