In order to achieve the proper vapor to air fuel ratio on vehicles today, gasoline must first be broken down into vapor. It takes about 2 parts liquid gas to produce one part vapor to achieve the manufacturers required 14.7 to 1 air to vapor ratio. This vapor to air ratio is the standard ratio used around the world on all gasoline vehicles so as to produce fewer emissions and optimal engine performance.
Simply put, most commercial grade engines run on vapor gas instead of liquid gas. e3's patented, cold vapor technology converts and injects highly efficient, vapor gas into our engine, greatly reducing the amount of liquid gas being consumed in your fuel system. The less fuel you burn the more money you save!
The e3 Pro Fuel Saver utilizes a 3-stage vapor chamber technology that converts raw fuel to vapor for gasoline powered engines.
The e3 Pro Fuel Saver receives fuel in a raw fluid state from the fuel line, vaporizes the fuel and feeds the vaporized fuel into the air mixture within the intake manifold.
The vaporized fuel is routed to the engine cylinder for combustion.
A sensor on the exhaust detects the additional fuel from air fuel ratio. The engine controller cuts fuel supplied by fuel injectors (because of the vaporized fuel supplied by the intake manifold) to maintain the factory air-fuel mixture ratio. (approximately 12:1).
Since fuel injectors do not vaporize the fuel, the more fuel that can be supplied by e3 Pro Fuel Saver, the higher the combustion efficiency and greater the fuel economy.
